PayPal

Customers may also complete purchases using PayPal.

When PayPal is selected during checkout, customers will be redirected to PayPal to complete payment securely.

Refunds approved by Bovatee will be returned to the original PayPal account or funding source in accordance with PayPal policies.

2. Currency

All prices displayed on bovatee.com are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

All payments, charges, and refunds are processed exclusively in USD.

If your payment method uses another currency, your bank or payment provider will perform the currency conversion and may apply exchange rate adjustments or additional fees. Bovatee is not responsible for exchange rate differences or foreign transaction fees charged by financial institutions.

3. Taxes

Applicable taxes required by law may be calculated and displayed during checkout.

Customers are responsible for any taxes, customs duties, or import charges that may apply according to local regulations unless otherwise stated at checkout.

4. Unsupported Payment Methods

At this time, Bovatee does not accept:

  • Bank wire transfers
  • Checks
  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Cryptocurrency

Only payment methods displayed during checkout are accepted.

5. Payment Authorizations, Refunds & Disputes

Authorizations

Some banks may place a temporary authorization hold before the final charge is completed. The release timing of authorization holds is determined by the card issuer.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

The time required for funds to appear in the customer’s account depends on the customer’s bank or payment provider.

Payment Issues

If a payment is declined, customers should:
