At Bovatee, we process orders as quickly as possible to ensure timely shipment. This policy explains how customers can request order changes or cancellations and how approved refunds are handled.

This policy applies to all purchases made through bovatee.com.

1. Cancellation Requests

Customers may request an order cancellation within 24 hours of placing an order.

Cancellation requests can only be approved if the order has not yet entered the fulfillment process or been handed over to a shipping carrier.

Once an order has been packaged, prepared for shipment, or transferred to a shipping carrier, cancellation may no longer be possible.

2. Order Changes

Customers may request changes to an order within 24 hours of purchase.

Examples of changes include:

  • Shipping address corrections
  • Contact information updates
  • Product changes
  • Quantity adjustments

Order changes are subject to inventory availability and processing status.

If an order has already entered fulfillment or shipment preparation, modifications may not be possible.

3. How to Request a Change or Cancellation

4. Refunds for Approved Cancellations

If a cancellation request is approved, Bovatee will issue a full refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days after cancellation approval.

Depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider, additional processing time may be required before funds appear in the account.

All refunds are issued in U.S. Dollars (USD).

5. Orders That Cannot Be Canceled

Cancellation requests may be declined if:

  • The order has already been shipped.
  • The shipping carrier has accepted the package.
  • The order has already entered the fulfillment process and cannot reasonably be stopped.

In such cases, customers may refer to our Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy after delivery, subject to eligibility requirements.

6. Cancellations Initiated by Bovatee

In rare circumstances, Bovatee may cancel an order, including but not limited to:

  • Payment authorization failures
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Inventory availability issues
  • Pricing or technical errors

If Bovatee cancels an order, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
