Bovatee ships items to the regions listed above. This policy explains how Bovatee handles dispatch, what to expect during delivery, and how shipment issues are resolved. All prices and fees are shown and processed in USD.

Where eligible, import taxes, duties, brokerage, and customs processing may be integrated into the checkout total, so no payment is required upon arrival (DDP where possible).

1) Dispatch and packaging

Orders are packed for transit using protective materials and appropriately sized cartons to reduce the risk of damage during shipping. Shipments move through standard parcel networks unless otherwise stated at checkout.

At checkout, you will see the full consolidated amount due in USD—including shipping, handling, and any applicable taxes/duties/brokerage where supported. Bovatee does not accept any payment at the delivery door (no COD).

Pack-out & label time: Packing, labeling, and carrier handoff typically take 1–2 business days.
Business days are Monday–Friday (PST), excluding U.S. federal holidays.

2) Delivery coverage

Bovatee ships to: United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Australia, Spain, Canada, Italy, Belgium, and Portugal.

We do not deliver to:

  • PO Boxes

  • APO/FPO/DPO addresses

  • Certain remote territories or locations with limited parcel access

A standard street address with normal carrier access is required.

3) Carriers and service levels

Bovatee uses reputable parcel carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS (U.S. parcels), and DHL Express for dedicated international lanes.

Signature control: An adult signature may be required for higher-value shipments. If signature is required, this will be indicated in the tracking updates or shipment email.

4) Shipping rates & delivery estimates

The estimated delivery window shown at checkout combines pack-out & label time + carrier transit time. Transit time begins after the carrier has picked up the parcel and the first scan is registered.

All final amounts are shown at checkout. When DDP is supported and applied, recipients pay nothing extra at the delivery door.

5) Taxes, duties, and customs (international)

For deliveries to UK, FR, DE, ES, IT, BE, PT, AU, and CA, Bovatee ships DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) where supported. Import VAT/GST, duties, brokerage, and customs processing fees may be included in the checkout total in USD.

Do not pay the delivery person. If anyone requests payment upon delivery, contact Bovatee immediately so we can advise you on the next step.

6) Dispatch timing

Most orders enter pack-out and labeling within one working day.

Cut-off: Orders confirmed before 2:00 PM PST typically enter pack-out the same working day. Orders confirmed after that time enter pack-out the next working day.

7) Origin and staging facility

Primary dispatch point for orders to all regions: 3058 Scott Boulevard, Santa Clara, CA, 95054 (Main warehouse/staging facility)

8) Tracking and shipment updates

When your shipment leaves 3058 Scott Boulevard, Santa Clara, CA, 95054, Bovatee emails a shipping confirmation with a tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for the first scan to appear in the carrier system.

9) Damage, loss, or other shipping issues

Inspect on delivery

Please inspect the package as soon as it arrives.

Damaged or incomplete delivery

If any part of the order arrives damaged, notify Bovatee within 72 hours and include:

  • your order number

  • clear photos (or a brief video) of the outer carton and the affected area

Bovatee will assess the issue and provide an appropriate resolution based on the circumstances.

Delayed or lost shipments

If tracking shows no progress for an extended period, contact Bovatee. If the carrier officially confirms the parcel as lost, Bovatee will provide either:

  • a replacement at no charge, or

  • a full USD refund

10) Refused deliveries and undeliverable shipments

Shipments may be returned to sender if they are refused, or if delivery fails due to repeated missed attempts or an incorrect/incomplete address.

In these cases, Bovatee can re-ship after address verification. Any carrier return, storage, or re-delivery fees incurred may be payable by the customer at cost before re-shipment.

11) Changes and cancellations

Orders that have not yet entered pack-out or been handed to the carrier can be canceled—please reach out as soon as possible. After handoff to the parcel carrier, cancellation is not available.
