6. Tracking Information

Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier and may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after the package has been handed over for shipment.

Customers can use the provided tracking number to monitor the status of their delivery.

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by local authorities.

Any such charges are determined by the destination country and remain the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated during checkout.

Bovatee has no control over customs procedures or government-imposed fees.

8. Delivery Issues

Delayed Shipments

Occasionally, shipments may experience delays due to circumstances outside our control.

If tracking information has not updated for an extended period, please contact our support team for assistance.

Lost Packages

If a shipping carrier officially confirms that a package has been lost in transit, Bovatee will work with the customer to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include:

  • A replacement shipment, or

  • A full refund

Damaged Deliveries

Customers should inspect their package promptly after delivery.

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of receipt and provide:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the shipping package

  • Photos of the damaged product

Our team will review the case and determine the appropriate resolution.

9. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Bovatee is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order has not yet shipped, customers should contact us immediately to request an address correction.

10. Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

Packages that cannot be delivered due to incorrect addresses, refusal of delivery, or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts may be returned to the shipping carrier or returned to sender.

Additional shipping fees may apply if reshipment is requested.

11. Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be modified or canceled only before they enter the fulfillment and shipping process.

Once an order has been packaged, prepared for shipment, or handed to a shipping carrier, cancellation requests can no longer be guaranteed.
