Bovatee designs and creates handcrafted products and ships to the regions listed above. This policy explains how Bovatee handles dispatch, what to expect during delivery, and how we resolve shipment issues for orders. All prices and fees are shown in USD.
Where eligible, import taxes, duties, brokerage, and customs processing may be integrated into the checkout total, so no payment is required upon arrival (DDP where possible).
How Bovatee prepares and dispatches orders
Each order is packaged for transit using protective materials and appropriately sized cartons to help reduce the risk of damage during shipping. Items move through standard parcel networks.
At checkout, you will see the full consolidated amount due in USD—including shipping, handling, and any applicable taxes/duties/brokerage when supported. No additional payment is accepted at the delivery door.
Useful notes
The estimated delivery window shown at checkout combines handling time + carrier transit time.
U.S. sales tax appears at checkout where required and is included in the USD total.
International Incoterm is DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) where available—helping prevent customs charges at delivery.
Payments are accepted via cards and supported digital wallets only (no COD), all billed in USD.
Where Bovatee delivers
Bovatee ships to: United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Australia, Spain, Canada, Italy, Belgium, and Portugal.
We do not deliver to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO, or certain remote territories. A standard street address with normal parcel access is required.
Carriers and service levels
Parcel Networks: UPS, FedEx, USPS (for U.S. parcels), and DHL Express for dedicated international lanes.
Signature control: An adult signature may be required for high-value consignments; your tracking email will specify if needed.
Handling time and transit time
Handling time: Final inspection, packing, and labeling (typically 1–2 business days).
Transit time: Begins after the item is officially picked up by the carrier.
Business days are Monday–Friday (PST). U.S. federal holidays are excluded.

All final amounts are shown at checkout. Recipients pay nothing extra at the delivery door where DDP is supported.
Taxes, duties, and customs on international orders
For deliveries to UK, FR, DE, ES, IT, BE, PT, AU, and CA, Bovatee ships DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) where supported. Import VAT/GST, duties, brokerage, and customs processing fees may be included in the checkout total in USD.
Do not make any payment to the delivery person. If anyone requests payment upon delivery, contact Bovatee immediately.
Order flow and dispatch
Most orders move into final checks and packaging within one working day.
Cut-off: Orders confirmed before 2:00 PM PST typically enter packaging the same working day; later confirmations begin the next working day.

Tracking and live updates
When your shipment leaves 3058 Scott Boulevard, Santa Clara, CA, 95054, Bovatee emails a confirmation with a tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for the first scan to appear.
Damage, loss, or other issues
Inspect the package immediately upon delivery.
If any part arrives damaged, notify Bovatee within 72 hours with your order number and clear photos (or a brief video) of the outer carton and affected area.
If tracking shows no progress for an extended period, contact Bovatee. Once the carrier officially confirms the loss, Bovatee will send a replacement at no charge or issue a full USD refund.
Shipments that are refused or deemed undeliverable due to repeated missed delivery attempts or an incorrect/incomplete address may return to the sender. Bovatee can re-ship after address verification and payment of any incurred return/storage/re-delivery fees at cost.
Changes and cancellations
Orders that have not yet entered the packaging stage or shipped can be canceled—please reach out as soon as possible. After handoff to the parcel carrier, cancellation is not available.
