At Bovatee, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy explains the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds may be accepted for purchases made through bovatee.com.

1. Return Window

Customers may request a return within 20 calendar days of delivery.

To begin a return request, please contact our support team and include your order number and reason for the request.

2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be returned within 20 days of delivery.
  • Be unused and in original condition.
  • Include all original parts, accessories, and packaging where reasonably available.
  • Show no signs of misuse, modification, installation, or damage caused after delivery.

Bovatee reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Photos of the affected item
  • A brief description of the issue

After review, Bovatee may offer one of the following remedies:

  • Replacement product
  • Replacement parts (if applicable)
  • Full refund
  • Partial refund where appropriate

If the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, Bovatee will cover any reasonable return shipping costs associated with the approved claim.

4. Change-of-Mind Returns

Customers may request a return for personal preference reasons within the 20-day return period.

For approved change-of-mind returns:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • The item must pass inspection before a refund is issued.

Refunds will be issued for the product purchase price only.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final-sale items
  • Products showing signs of use, damage, modification, or installation
  • Items returned without prior authorization
  • Products missing significant components or accessories

6. Return Process

To request a return:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
  3. Wait for return authorization instructions.
  4. Package the item securely to prevent transit damage.
  5. Ship the item to the return address provided by Bovatee.

Returns sent without authorization may be refused.

7. Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected, Bovatee will notify the customer regarding approval or rejection of the refund.

Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider, additional processing time may apply before funds appear in the account.

8. Exchanges

Exchange requests may be accepted within 20 days of delivery, subject to product availability.

If the requested replacement item is unavailable, Bovatee may offer:

  • A refund, or
  • Store credit

Additional shipping charges may apply depending on the circumstances of the exchange.

9. International Orders

Customers are responsible for any return shipping expenses, customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges associated with change-of-mind returns.

For approved damaged, defective, or incorrect-item claims, Bovatee will work with customers to determine the most appropriate resolution.
